The Paolo Antonacci Gallery has taken part in the most important Italian and international antique fairs, including the Palazzo Corsini Biennale in Florence continuously since 1999, the Palazzo Venezia Art Biennale in Rome since 1998, Masterpiece London, Highlights Munich for six editions, Master Drawings Week in New York, Fine Arts Paris, Tefaf Maastricht (2014-2019), and BRAFA Art Fair in Brussels in 2020.

The gallery also participated in the prestigious Roman antiques exhibition Arte e Collezionismo in 2023 and 2025, and from 2024 to the Salon du Dessin, Paris.

Among the gallery’s institutional clients are the Municipality of Rome, the Galleria Nazionale d’Arte Moderna in Rome, the Vatican Museums, the Museo del Corso, the American Academy in Rome, the Sovrintendenza Speciale per il Polo Museale Fiorentino, the Accademia dei Lincei, the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm, the Museo delle Arti Decorative in Milan, the Istituto Centrale per la Grafica in Rome, the Gallerie Estensi in Modena, and the Réunion des Musées Nationaux Français.
