The ‘New Collectors’ selection
at the Salon du Dessin
The drawing: the start of a collection
Drawing is an ideal gateway to starting a collection.
The Salon du dessin aims to be an essential meeting point for newcomers and informed amateurs alike by introducing a dedicated “New Collectors” trail.
Quality drawings at accessible prices
Through distinctive signage on the stands of participating galleries, visitors can discover quality drawings at accessible prices (between €2,000 and €8,000), works on paper by renowned masters at attainable levels, unjustly overlooked artists, and promising artists worthy of investment.
‘We always want to share our passion, even when it comes to works that are very affordable. This kind of educational approach is very important, especially for young collectors, whom we have been welcoming in ever-greater numbers over the last ten years.’
Florence Chibret-Plaussu
Co-President of the Salon du dessin
